Come on over, get some amazing produce and visit our booth on Saturday, August 16 in Town Square as the non-profit of the week at the Farmers Market from 8am – 12pm!

We will have some great coffee and have planned new and fun activities for this event at our booth and would love your visit! Activities range from an African animal face-painting activity for young visitors to our booth and for older visitors, we would ask, “What are your 3 favorite foods?” We would then indicate, as appropriate, how far these specific foods have to be transported to reach Jackson vs. products produced sub-regionally & organically. We will offer a small prize if one or more of their mentioned foods is locally produced.

We would also have our new IC 21 summer newsletters on hand to distribute and a table display with a map of Africa showing where the students will be traveling this summer and a chart indicating some of the similarities between the game parks in Northern Tanzania (Serengeti, Nrongoro Crater and Tarangire) and Grand Teton & Yellowstone National Parks. Hope to see you there!
